Prior to her appointment at MASLOC, she held various leadership positions at Opportunity International Savings and Loans Ltd where she progressed from Customer Care Officer to Acting Branch Manager across multiple branches, including Tamale, Bibiani, Konongo, Sefwi Wiaso, Goaso and Kintampo.
Throughout her career, Vivian has led successful initiatives to improve loan recovery, enhance branch profitability, and expand financial access to underserved communities. Her approach blends strategic planning with on-the-ground experience, making her a strong advocate for development finance that responds to local needs.
