Mr. Richard Lamptey

 

Deputy CEO - Finance & Administration


Mr. Richard Lartey is a Ghanaian Professional and Politician who was in April 2025, appointed as Acting Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Finance and Administration) of the Microfinance and Small Loans Centre (MASLOC) by President John Dramani Mahama.


He has extensive experience in the Private Sector, with focus on Financial Management, Accounting, Audit and Strategic Planning.


He also has strong political leadership skills having risen through the ranks from the Branch level through the constituency, to the Regional level as Deputy Regional Treasurer.


He holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Ghana Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies Accra, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from the then Accra Polytechnic.


Mr. Richard Lartey brings his expertise and experience to bear in assisting the CEO for the realization of President Mahama’s vision.
