The Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mad. Abigail Elorm Mensah and her team visited the Kwahu West Municipality in the Eastern Region to tackle a serious issue: the zonal office in Nkawkaw had been taken back by the landlord due to unpaid rent.
Upon hearing this, the Ag CEO quickly went to the Kwahu West Municipal Assembly to seek assistance from the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE), Hon. Halidu Tamimu. The MCE, along with the Municipal Coordinating Director, agreed to provide an office space at the Municipal Assembly and promised to have it ready in two weeks.
Madam Elorm Mensah also requested security for MASLOC staff during recovery operations, which was positively received. In a meeting with the staff, she encouraged everyone to work hard and cooperate as the organization moves forward with a new agenda. Key attendees at the meeting included Mr. Peter Kwabla Tetteh, the Coordinating Director, and Mr. Emmanuel Nyarko Otchere, Assistant Director and Personal Assistant to the MCE.
